From overseeing luxury properties to managing pre-opening projects and operational turnarounds, Aagman’s expertise spans the full spectrum of hospitality management.
Before joining Conrad Bengaluru, Aagman served as General Manager at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening the hotel’s competitive positioning in a dynamic market.
