Before being elevated to Director of Operations, she served as Director of Rooms at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, where she played a key role in strengthening service standards and streamlining hotel operations.
Driving Renovation and Operational Transformation
Among her most significant contributions was leading the extensive renovation of all guest rooms and the Executive Lounge at the hotel. The large-scale project was executed with careful planning to ensure seamless guest experiences and uninterrupted hotel operations throughout the transformation process.
In addition to overseeing the renovation, Neha also led the repositioning of Spa by JW while introducing sustainability-focused operational enhancements aligned with evolving luxury hospitality trends and guest expectations.
