Omnia Convention by Tivoli Doubles Banquet Inventory and Expands to 152 Rooms
Tivoli Hospitality Group has expanded its presence in Gurugram with a major upgrade to Omnia Convention by Tivoli, adding 112 new rooms and significantly increasing its event and banquet infrastructure. The expansion takes the property from a 40-room, two-banquet venue to a 152-room destination featuring four banquet venues, four lawns, two poolside venues, six suites and a second dining outlet.
The development comes as demand for large-scale wedding venues and MICE destinations in Gurugram continues to grow, particularly across the Badshahpur-Bhondsi catchment. With limited availability of integrated hospitality destinations in the area, the expanded Omnia Convention aims to offer accommodation, events, dining and leisure facilities under one roof.
A Larger Hospitality Destination for Weddings and MICE
The expanded property has been designed to cater to a wide range of requirements, from elaborate wedding celebrations and social gatherings to conferences, corporate offsites, networking events and residential MICE programmes.
With the addition of accommodation and multiple event formats, guests can now host multi-day celebrations and corporate programmes without having to move between different venues. The combination of indoor banquet spaces, expansive lawns, poolside venues and restaurants also provides greater flexibility for planners organising large gatherings.
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said the rapid development of the Badshahpur-Bhondsi belt has created a need for larger hospitality venues that can bring several facilities together in one destination.
112 New Rooms Strengthen Accommodation Capacity
The accommodation expansion adds 106 Executive Rooms, each measuring 300 sq. ft., along with six Suites featuring attached living rooms. The property’s original 40 rooms, also measuring 300 sq. ft., continue to be available in King and Twin configurations.
With the addition of these 112 rooms, Omnia Convention now offers 152 keys, providing substantially greater accommodation capacity for wedding guests, corporate groups and MICE delegates.
The six new Suites add another layer of premium accommodation, particularly suited to guests looking for additional space and a more private stay during extended events and celebrations.
Two New Banquet Venues Add Greater Flexibility
One of the most significant aspects of the expansion is the addition of two new banquet venues, taking the total number of banquet spaces at Omnia Convention to four.
Grand Ballroom II offers an 11,000 sq. ft. indoor venue with an attached lawn and can accommodate up to 400 guests. Designed for weddings, social events, conferences, corporate functions, networking programmes and cocktail gatherings, the venue provides an additional mid-to-large-scale event format.
Meanwhile, Omnia Lumina – Glass House introduces a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor venue with an attached lawn and a capacity of up to 250 guests. Its contemporary character makes it suitable for social celebrations, intimate wedding functions, networking events and corporate gatherings.
The property’s existing Grand Ballroom (GBR) and Not The Banquet (NTB) each feature 16,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and a 16,000 sq. ft. attached lawn. Depending on the event format, these venues can accommodate between 300 and 1,500 guests.
Four Lawns Create More Options for Large Celebrations
Alongside its four banquet venues, Omnia Convention now features four event lawns, including two newly added lawns measuring 12,000 sq. ft. each.
The additional outdoor space gives event planners more options when designing multi-function weddings, large receptions, cocktail evenings, conferences and corporate gatherings. Events can also be distributed across different venues and lawns, allowing multiple functions to take place within the property.
Grand Ballroom II brings a more substantial event format to the expanded inventory, while Glass House offers a more contemporary and social setting.
Poolside Events Add a Leisure-Led Dimension
The property’s poolside offering has also doubled with the introduction of Aqua by the Pool, joining the existing Aria by the Pool.
Aqua has been designed for smaller-format gatherings such as corporate mixers, networking events, cocktail evenings and intimate social or pre-wedding celebrations.
The addition gives planners another setting beyond traditional banquet halls and lawns, particularly for informal functions and evening events.
Second Dining Destination Expands the Culinary Offering
Omnia Convention has also added The Pavilion – Coffee House, a 150-plus-seater dining destination serving Indian, Asian and international cuisines.
The new outlet complements Emerald Restaurant, the property’s existing 100-plus-seater restaurant, which offers Indian, Chinese, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
Together, the two dining destinations provide additional options for guests staying at the property as well as groups attending weddings, conferences and MICE programmes.
Strengthening Tivoli’s Gurugram Presence
The expansion represents a significant step in Tivoli Hospitality Group’s growth across the Gurugram market. By increasing its accommodation capacity and nearly doubling its event infrastructure, Omnia Convention is positioned to serve a wider range of large-scale celebrations and business gatherings in the Badshahpur-Bhondsi corridor.
The property now brings together 152 rooms, four banquet venues, four lawns, two poolside venues, six Suites and two dining destinations, creating a more comprehensive hospitality offering for wedding groups and corporate travellers.
As Gurugram’s peripheral catchments continue to develop, destinations that combine accommodation, event spaces, dining and leisure facilities are becoming increasingly relevant to planners looking for convenient venues for multi-day celebrations and MICE programmes.
With its expanded inventory, Omnia Convention by Tivoli is aiming to meet that demand while strengthening Tivoli Hospitality Group’s position in the Gurugram wedding and MICE market.
