With more than 22 years of experience in hotel operations, pre-opening projects and client management, Avis brings extensive industry knowledge to the Bengaluru property. Avis Rodrigues Brings Extensive Hospitality Experience
Before joining The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Avis was associated with Rosetta Hospitality, where she most recently served as Resident Manager at its property in Sakleshpur, Karnataka. During her tenure with the group, she also held the position of Resident Manager in Goa and served as Head of Food and Beverage Experiences in Bengaluru.
Her career also includes experience in luxury hospitality operations. Avis previously worked as Operations Manager at a Relais & Chateaux luxury tented camp in Jawai, Rajasthan, gaining valuable exposure to high-end experiential hospitality and guest services.
Avis began her hospitality career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai, where she completed her professional training through the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD). She later went on to become a Senior Restaurant Manager, leading a restaurant that was recognised with a Times Good Food Award.
