DK Vertex has expanded its business infrastructure portfolio with the launch of a new state-of-the-art convention center in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. Developed in association with MSME Business Forum India, the new facility is designed to provide a dedicated setting for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, product launches, networking sessions and business delegations.
The launch comes as Vertex Group marks ten years of global operations, adding another milestone to the company’s evolving presence in the business infrastructure and workspace sector. With the new convention center, DK Vertex is extending its offering beyond traditional workspaces to create an environment where companies can meet, collaborate, host events and build new business relationships.
A New Business Destination in Gurgaon
The DK Vertex Convention Center was officially inaugurated on September 7, 2026, at its Udyog Vihar facility. The ceremony brought together business leaders, government representatives, industry bodies and international business organisations.
Among those present were Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director of MSME Business Forum India; Gagan Arora, Founder and President of Vertex Group; and Simar Arora, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DK Vertex.
The event also welcomed several distinguished guests, including Sanjeev Bhatnagar, IRS (Retd.), former Joint Director of the Enforcement Directorate and former Additional Director of the Central Economic Intelligence Bureau; Sanjay Sharan, Retired Commissioner of Customs & GST; Prasoon Diwan, President of the Indo Icelandic & Nordic Chamber; Simran Narula, Political Advisor, Office of the Coal Ministry, Government of India; and Sri Satpal Singh from the Ministry of Railways.
Designed for Conferences, Exhibitions and Corporate Events
Spread across 12,000 sq. ft., the DK Vertex Convention Center features a pillarless main hall that can accommodate approximately 300 to 400 guests. Its flexible layout allows the venue to be adapted for different types of corporate and business events.
The facility combines modern audio-visual technology with high-speed connectivity and modular seating arrangements. Additional services include executive lounges, in-house photography and videography, catering, professional event support, concierge assistance and valet parking.
This combination of infrastructure and support services makes the venue suitable for businesses looking for an end-to-end event experience rather than simply a conventional meeting or conference hall.
An Integrated Confex Venue
One of the key features of the new facility is its integrated “confex” format, which brings conferences and exhibitions together under one roof.
The concept allows organisers to combine presentations, business discussions, exhibitions, networking sessions and brand experiences within a single venue. For companies and industry associations, this can make it easier to create events that move seamlessly between formal sessions and informal networking.
The venue is now open to businesses, organisations and individuals. It aims to cater to a diverse audience, including MSMEs, startups, large corporations, government bodies, industry associations, business delegations and international enterprises.
Strategic Location on the Delhi-Gurgaon Business Corridor
Location is another important advantage for the new convention center. Situated in Udyog Vihar, the facility is positioned along the busy Delhi-Gurgaon business corridor, making it accessible for both local and visiting delegates.
The venue has direct access to major highways, while the Rapid Metro is located nearby. Gurgaon railway station and Indira Gandhi International Airport are also within convenient travelling distance, which can be particularly useful for corporate groups and international visitors.
The presence of a Radisson hotel next to the facility adds another layer of convenience by providing accommodation options for delegates travelling from outside Gurgaon.
Supporting India’s Growing MSME Ecosystem
The partnership with MSME Business Forum India is central to the new convention center’s broader purpose. Rather than functioning only as an event venue, the facility is intended to become a platform for business connectivity, industry interaction and international collaboration.
MSME Business Forum India focuses on the advocacy, development and internationalisation of India’s micro, small and medium enterprises. Through its association with DK Vertex, the organisation plans to support business delegations, industry engagements, trade exchanges and policy discussions at the new venue.
The partnership builds on a relationship that has already been running for more than four years. According to Ravi Nandan Sinha, the collaboration has previously included MSME Manager, a special purpose vehicle created to support and simplify different aspects of doing business for Indian MSMEs.
Vertex Group Looks Beyond Traditional Workspaces
For Vertex Group, the convention center represents a broader approach to business infrastructure. The company has been expanding its operations across different markets while building a portfolio that brings workspaces and business services together.
Gagan Arora, Founder and President of Vertex Group, said the growing importance of India in the global business landscape has created demand for infrastructure that can support operations, innovation, partnerships and business interaction.
He described Gurgaon as a natural starting point for the initiative, while highlighting the association with MSME Business Forum India as an important part of the center’s potential to support businesses involved in India’s next phase of growth.
DK Vertex’s Ambitious Expansion Plans
The convention center is also part of DK Vertex’s larger expansion strategy. The company has outlined a ₹300 crore investment plan aimed at expanding its presence to more than 30 centers across 10 cities, with a target of 50,000 seats.
Simar Arora, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DK Vertex, described the convention center as a natural extension of the company’s existing workspace business. The company’s broader objective is to create an integrated ecosystem that accommodates the changing needs of modern businesses.
This includes smart co-working facilities, managed workspaces, business-ready real estate and a growing range of technology-enabled services.
A Full-Stack Approach to Business Spaces
DK Vertex describes itself as India’s first Full-Stack Smart Co-working platform and Operatarium, a business environment designed to bring workspace, operations and growth solutions together within a technology-enabled ecosystem.
The company currently offers more than one million sq. ft. of AI-enabled, built-to-suit workspace across seven facilities in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai. Its network includes 10,000 seats, with around 6,000 already live and an occupancy rate of approximately 75%.
Beyond conventional office infrastructure, its offering includes IT and information security services, payroll, recruitment, analytics, account management, concierge services and a business networking marketplace.
Its facilities also feature podcast studios, advertising and production spaces, wellness zones, recharge pods and AI-powered support services, reflecting the changing expectations of startups, MSMEs and larger enterprises.
Creating More Than Just an Event Venue
With the opening of the DK Vertex Convention Center, the company is moving into another segment of the business infrastructure market. The facility combines event space, hospitality-style services, technology and business networking in one location.
For Gurgaon, one of India’s major corporate and technology hubs, the addition comes at a time when businesses increasingly require flexible venues for conferences, exhibitions, networking events and international delegations.
By combining its workspace expertise with the industry reach of MSME Business Forum India, DK Vertex aims to position the new convention center as more than a physical venue. Its larger ambition is to create a business platform where companies can connect, exchange ideas, discover opportunities and develop partnerships in an increasingly interconnected business environment.
