Isprava Group has announced the appointment of Dr. Sanjay Sethi as Strategic Advisor – Isprava Hospitality and Lohono Stays, bringing more than 37 years of experience in hospitality operations, development, ownership, strategic growth and capital markets to the luxury real estate and hospitality group.
The appointment comes as Isprava enters an important phase of expansion, with the company looking to strengthen its integrated ecosystem across luxury homes, hospitality, private membership and homeowner services.
Dr. Sanjay Sethi Brings 37 Years of Hospitality Experience
Dr. Sethi is one of India’s most experienced hospitality professionals, with a career spanning more than three decades across several areas of the industry. He spent 14 years with the Taj Group before co-founding Keys Hotels & Resorts, which was backed by Berggruen Holdings.
From 2015 to 2026, he served as Managing Director and CEO of Chalet Hotels Limited, where he played a key role in taking the company through its 2019 IPO and developing it into one of India’s leading owner-developers of luxury and upper-upscale hotels.
His experience also extends beyond hotels, covering high-end office developments and luxury residential projects, including a 321-unit residential development in Bengaluru. He continues to serve on the Chalet Hotels board as a Non-Executive Director.
A Strategic Role Across Isprava Hospitality and Lohono Stays
In his new role, Dr. Sethi will work closely with Isprava Group’s leadership team, providing strategic guidance across Lohono Stays and Isprava Hospitality, while also contributing to the broader evolution of the Isprava business.
His owner-operator perspective is expected to help the Group strengthen its hospitality strategy, improve consistency across its businesses and create greater long-term value for customers and homeowners.

The appointment comes as Isprava Group continues to move beyond luxury residential development and build a wider lifestyle and hospitality ecosystem.
