His experience includes working at Travelodge Hotel Wellington, Adina Sydney Central and Vibe Hotel North Sydney. These roles have given him a broad understanding of different hotel concepts, operational requirements and guest expectations across multiple markets.
Letele has also contributed to important development projects and hotel openings. He was involved in the launch of Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Airport and supported the introduction of the St Marks Road Co concept.
Most recently, he led the closure and reopening project at Adina Darling Harbour, gaining further experience in managing complex operational transitions and preparing properties for renewed operations.
