    Folks may think that why would someone go all the way to write such a long note …its because the extra mile you go everytime to bring a smile … whoever i have referred to you or the hotel you have been part of ..have come back with blessings for having introduced them to you for taken care of a elderly or a child who was not well while they were staying with you or a teammember that needed support during covid ….or someone visiting the city for 1st time needed hand holding / guidance … you and your team delivered selfless support.

    Its not a easy job ..its a tough industry and
    a demanding role that each of the general managers deliver to… when I compare you guys to our tech or our banking industry MNCs ….you go through a lot to achieve success.
