From leadership roles in Baku, Istanbul, Bodrum, and Doha, Kemal has spearheaded hotel openings, repositioning projects, and post-renovation successes while consistently delivering strong market performances. Notably, under his leadership, LXR Bodrum earned Forbes Four Star ratings (2024 & 2025), prestigious listings in the Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau, and soared in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards rankings.
His return to Doha carries personal and professional significance, as he once led transformative strategies in the city and deeply admires its bold vision and global ambition.
