The first event takes place on July 18, 2026, when Kristian Torres, Head Bartender at the iconic Long Bar at Raffles Makati, will take over the historic Elephant Bar at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Siem Reap.
Known for his technical expertise and storytelling through cocktails, Torres will present an exclusive menu inspired by Filipino flavours and locally sourced Philippine ingredients. Guests can expect classic cocktails with a contemporary twist, carefully crafted to reflect the vibrant culinary heritage of the Philippines.
The evening is being presented in collaboration with Maison Ferrand, Moonshine Cambodia, Citadelle, and Planteray, bringing together premium spirits and innovative cocktail craftsmanship.

The cultural exchange continues on August 14, 2026, when the talented team from Elephant Bar travels to Manila to host an exclusive takeover at Long Bar in Raffles Makati.
Leading the event is Nisha, the renowned Raffles Gin Butler at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor. Recognised for her expertise in gin and her passion for showcasing Cambodian heritage, Nisha has earned national recognition, including becoming a finalist in the prestigious 2025 Campari Red Hands Cambodia Competition.
Her cocktail creations beautifully combine Cambodian traditions, locally sourced ingredients, and premium Maison Ferrand spirits, offering guests in Manila an authentic taste of Cambodia’s evolving cocktail scene.

One of the evening’s highlights will be Nisha’s acclaimed signature cocktail, Berry Suspicious.
