In a resounding testament to the belief that “There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish,” DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon New Delhi NCR proudly announces the appointment of two dynamic women in leadership roles, highlighting its commitment to diversity and empowerment at Hilton. The hotel is excited to welcome Ishita Ahuja as the new Executive Housekeeper and Nandita as Executive Chef, both trailblazers in their respective fields. Ishita Ahuja, a housekeeping veteran with over 7 years of experience, takes charge as Executive Housekeeper. With her deep expertise in inventory planning, control, and guest satisfaction, Ishita brings a pivotal set of skills to the housekeeping department. Her leadership will focus on creating a welcoming environment for all guests, while also developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Joining the culinary helm is Nandita, a renowned chef with an illustrious career spanning over 22 years. Nandita’s culinary prowess, combined with her hands-on guidance, will elevate the hotel’s dining experience to new heights. Known for her strategic vision and innovative approach, she will craft extraordinary menus that promise to delight guests while ensuring operational efficiency. Nandita is a proud recipient of the prestigious National Award for Best Lady Chef from the Government of India, underscoring her culinary mastery and leadership in the industry. Commenting on their appointments, Mr. Tuli, General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon, stated, "Chef Nandita and Ishita are true leaders who understand the power of teamwork in achieving excellence.
