During his tenure at Sarovar Hotels from 2000 to 2009, Rupam held diverse leadership positions in prominent cities such as Chennai, Delhi, and Bangalore. These roles provided him with a versatile skill set and deep insights into various aspects of hotel management. In 2009, Rupam embraced a new challenge as he spearheaded the development of Radha Regent, a corporate hotel under the renowned Radha Group of Hotels in Chennai. Leading the project in the demanding Electronics City of Bangalore, Rupam successfully established the hotel, earning it an excellent reputation. His association with Radha Group continued as he later led the flagship five-star luxury unit, Feathers – A Radha Hotel, Chennai, which opened in 2016.

March 2022 marked another significant milestone in Rupam’s career as he assumed the role of General Manager at Radisson Blu, Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. Managing a luxurious five-star hotel with impressive facilities including 218 keys, six remarkable F&B retail outlets, and a sprawling 20,000 sq ft events space, Rupam took on this new challenge with enthusiasm and expertise.

Throughout his illustrious career, Rupam has gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry. Additionally, he managed flight kitchen operations, initiated the launch of a pub and Oriental fine dining restaurant, and spearheaded the opening of a Cultural, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage Centre in Delhi in collaboration with the Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation & Sarovar Hotels.
