Juhi’s commitment to her craft propelled her towards more challenging roles, including her stint as Assistant Manager-Human Resource at Amanresorts, where she was responsible for managing recruitment, training & development, employee relations, and administrative functions.

 

Her journey continued to evolve as she transitioned to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Juhi’s passion for fostering a culture of excellence and nurturing talent led her to Accor Hotels where she served as the Assistant Director-Talent & Culture. Here, she played a pivotal role in managerial effectiveness, statutory compliance, policies & procedures, employee relations, and leadership development.

 

After Fairmont Jaipur she joined Novotel Ahmedabad,where she served as the Associate Director Talent & Culture. Her role involved strategic talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and payroll management.

 

With a wealth of experience under her belt, Juhi’s journey took a significant leap as she assumed the role of Director of Human Resources at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. Here, she demonstrated her proficiency in succession planning, budgeting, and payroll management while ensuring a conducive work environment and promoting employee welfare.

 

Today, as the Director of Talent & Culture at Novotel Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre, Juhi stands at the forefront of talent management, driving initiatives that foster employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. Her expertise, leadership, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to the hospitality industry.
