Set to become a beachfront haven, the resort will feature 466 rooms and suites, authentic Italian culinary delights, and an atrium showcasing marine life with floor-to-ceiling aquariums. Guests can revel in breathtaking sea views from every unit, immerse themselves in the coastal charm, and unwind at the rustic roof garden with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.

In line with The Heart of Europe’s sustainable ethos, the roof garden will incorporate eco-friendly features, providing a serene setting for guests to relax.

To cater to diverse traveler preferences, the resort will introduce the Kingdom of Portofino—an exclusive enclave featuring a kids club, theater, and outdoor play areas.
