With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry, he brings strategic vision, operational expertise, and a deep passion for guest-centric excellence to one of Eastern India’s most vibrant hotels.

A Journey of Growth & Leadership

Rajneesh’s hospitality journey began in 2004 as a Senior Guest Service Supervisor, steadily progressing to a Head of Department (HOD) role in 2009. By 2013, he had joined the Executive Committee, and in 2018, he was elevated to General Manager of an upscale property.

Most recently, Rajneesh led Courtyard by Marriott Faridabad – Aravalli Resort, demonstrating his expertise in operational excellence, revenue management, and guest experience innovation. His leadership experience across international hotel brands makes him a perfect fit for Novotel Kolkata, known for its blend of contemporary elegance and warm hospitality.
