An alumna of St. Xavier’s Institution, Kolkata, Utsa began her hospitality journey with Hyatt Hotels, dedicating nearly 20 years to various leadership roles. Her career includes key assignments at:

✔ Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa
✔ Hyatt Place Hampi
✔ Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort
Most recently, she served as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, where she played a pivotal role in positioning the property as a premier luxury retreat.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Utsa is a passionate advocate for tourism and women in hospitality. As President of the Himachal Pradesh WICCI Hospitality and Tourism Council, she led impactful initiatives to promote sustainable tourism and gender empowerment in the industry.
