With over two decades of global hospitality experience, Prasanna is a dynamic leader recognized for his expertise in operational strategy, guest experience enhancement, and service excellence.

Throughout his illustrious career, Prasanna has been associated with esteemed hospitality brands such as Westin, Hilton, and Accor, playing a pivotal role in Dubai Expo 2020, where he contributed to the successful launch of premier dining concepts and large-scale event operations. His professional journey spans luxury resorts in the Maldives, high-end urban hotels in the Middle East, and iconic properties in India, where he has excelled in optimizing service delivery, elevating F&B offerings, and driving business growth.

Most recently, Prasanna led operations at the Pullman & Novotel complex in Aerocity, New Delhi, a distinguished property known for its refined hospitality and exceptional culinary experiences. His proficiency in strategic planning, financial management, and operational optimization has consistently translated into heightened guest satisfaction and commercial success.

In his new capacity, Prasanna Venkatesh will focus on:
