With over two decades of experience within the Hyatt family, Walter brings a wealth of expertise in hospitality management, strategic leadership, and guest experience enhancement.
A Legacy of Excellence Within Hyatt
Walter’s journey with Hyatt began in 2002, as part of the pre-opening team for India’s first Park Hyatt. During his tenure at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, he held several key roles in food and beverage operations, honing his skills in service excellence and operational management.
His career trajectory saw him play a pivotal role in the pre-opening of Grand Hyatt Goa, where he progressed from Outlet Manager to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Recognized for his leadership, he was appointed pre-opening Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Lucknow in 2017, successfully launching the hotel and setting new standards for F&B operations.
Walter later returned to Grand Hyatt Goa as Director of Food & Beverage before taking on the role of Director of Operations at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu in 2022. His strategic vision, operational expertise, and commitment to guest satisfaction have made him a well-respected leader within the Hyatt brand.
