In the ever-evolving world of hospitality technology, Malcolm Moniz stands as a visionary leader, transforming IT operations with innovation and expertise. With nearly two decades of experience in the field, he has climbed the ranks with dedication, resilience, and a passion for excellence.

Today, as the Information Technology Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, Malcolm plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT infrastructure, optimizing digital solutions, and enhancing guest experiences through cutting-edge technology. His journey, however, is a testament to perseverance and continuous learning.

A Career Built on Excellence & Growth
Malcolm’s career in IT began with Computer Planet, where he honed his technical expertise as a Service Engineer. He then transitioned into the hospitality industry, taking on key IT roles at renowned hotels such as The Kenilworth Beach Resort, Holiday Inn, and The Radisson White Sands Resort.

His leadership capabilities became evident when he joined Alila Diwa Goa as an IT Manager, overseeing critical technology operations for over five years. From there, his journey led him to Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, where he further refined his expertise in hospitality IT management.

In 2018, Malcolm joined Hilton, where he spent nearly six years in various leadership positions, including Cluster IT Manager. During this time, he implemented robust digital transformation strategies, ensuring operational efficiency across multiple properties.

Driving Innovation at The St. Regis Goa Resort
Now, as the Information Technology Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, Malcolm continues to set new benchmarks in hospitality IT. His expertise in system security, network infrastructure, and digital transformation is instrumental in elevating guest experiences and operational efficiency.

His story is not just about career progression; it’s about dedication, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
