Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach, the iconic property continues to elevate its residential experience with this significant leadership addition.

With over 16 years of experience at Marriott International, Pastor brings a wealth of expertise in residential operations, guest services, and team leadership. Her journey in hospitality began in 2010 at W South Beach, where she started as a Residences Concierge. Through dedication and a passion for delivering personalized experiences, she steadily climbed the ranks, taking on key roles including Residences Supervisor, Manager, Assistant Director of Residences, and Director of Guest Services.

Most recently, Pastor served as Residences Manager at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences, where she managed operations across three residential associations. Leading a team of more than 45 professionals, she successfully implemented strategies that enhanced operational efficiency, improved financial outcomes, and elevated resident satisfaction—key pillars in today’s luxury hospitality landscape.

Her appointment reflects the brand’s continued focus on curating exceptional living experiences. Known for its refined elegance and bespoke service, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts operates more than 65 luxury properties worldwide, each offering a seamless blend of sophistication and innovation.

Beyond her professional achievements, Pastor is a licensed CAM and Notary Public in Florida and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish—an asset in catering to a global clientele.
