With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in luxury hospitality, Mr. Verma brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven record of success in driving strategic growth and delivering excellence in commercial performance.
Mr. Verma’s impressive professional journey includes leadership roles at some of India’s most prominent hotel brands, including The Leela Ambience Gurugram, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, and Hyatt Regency Delhi. Throughout his career, he has led large, diverse teams and spearheaded innovative sales and marketing strategies that have consistently elevated brand visibility and financial outcomes.
Known for his dynamic leadership and deep understanding of market trends, Mr. Verma has successfully managed large-scale RFPs, collaborated with global sales networks, and driven revenue growth across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments. His expertise also extends to GDS optimisation, strategic partnerships, digital marketing, and team development, a combination that aligns seamlessly with Andaz Delhi’s commitment to innovation and meaningful guest engagement.

A postgraduate in Management with dual specialisations in Marketing and International Business from IILM, Gurgaon, Mr. Verma is a recipient of several industry accolades, including “Leader of the Quarter” and “Pillar of Strength” awards during his previous tenures.
In his new role, Mr. Verma will be responsible for leading the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences, expanding market reach, and reinforcing Andaz Delhi’s position as a leading lifestyle hotel in the capital.
