
Le Méridien Kochi is pleased to announce the appointment of Megha Shaw as its new Front Office Manager, marking a key addition to the hotel’s leadership team.
Bringing over nine years of experience in luxury and upscale hospitality, Megha has built an impressive career across some of the most prestigious names in the industry, including Marriott International, Accor, and Hyatt. Her most recent role was as Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD) at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, where she played an instrumental role in optimizing guest service delivery and elevating operational efficiency.
Megha’s journey in hospitality has included impactful positions such as Guest Experience Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Guest Relations Manager at The Westin Hyderabad, and Assistant Loyalty Manager at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. She began her career at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam, followed by experience at Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, gaining expertise across guest engagement, loyalty program implementation, and front office leadership.
In her new role at Le Méridien Kochi, Megha will lead the front office team with a focus on delivering seamless check-in and check-out experiences, personalized guest service, and the consistent upholding of the brand’s high hospitality standards.
