In the world of luxury hospitality, where service meets storytelling, Rishabh Tyagi stands out as a calm yet dynamic force. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in New Delhi, Rishabh brings with him a decade of experience shaped by excellence, precision, and a guest-first mindset.
At one of India’s most celebrated hotel brands, Rishabh plays a pivotal role in overseeing F&B operations, driving service innovation, and ensuring that every guest interaction is elevated with warmth and attention to detail. His approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making him a trusted leader in both the dining room and the boardroom.
Before taking the helm at The Leela, Rishabh was part of the JW Marriott Chandigarh as Assistant F&B Manager, where he implemented high-impact training programs, led service enhancements, and fostered a culture of consistency across dining outlets.
His earlier roles include Restaurant and Bar Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, where he managed large-scale events and diverse teams, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, where he honed his expertise in fine dining operations and guest engagement.
Rishabh’s foundational years were shaped by his time at ITC Hotels, where he completed an intensive 18-month Management Training Program—an experience that gave him early exposure to the nuances of five-star hospitality. Rising quickly to the role of Assistant Manager – F&B, he earned a reputation for reliability, operational discipline, and people leadership.
What distinguishes Rishabh is not just his impressive resume, but the way he approaches hospitality—with heart, humility, and a relentless drive for excellence. He believes that great service is about creating emotional connections, and that belief reflects in everything he does—from curating memorable dining journeys to mentoring young talent in the industry.
Whether launching new restaurant concepts, fine-tuning banquet operations, or leading cross-functional teams, Rishabh Tyagi continues to shape the luxury dining landscape in India, one guest experience at a time.
