DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji is pleased to announce the appointment of Shweta Seth as the hotel’s new Human Resources Manager.

With over a decade of rich experience in human capital management, Shweta brings a deep understanding of building strong workplace cultures, driving employee engagement, and fostering talent development within the hospitality industry.

Her career includes impactful tenures at esteemed properties such as Zuri White Sands Goa Resort & Casino, Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Sterling Holidays, and Club Mahindra, where she led strategic HR initiatives, championed compliance, and contributed significantly to team empowerment and organizational growth.

In her new role, Shweta will lead the HR function at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji with a people-first approach, focusing on operational excellence, employee well-being, and nurturing a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
