During his tenure as Area Food & Beverage Champion for IHG Southwest Asia, he spearheaded regional initiatives that elevated culinary offerings and strengthened service consistency across multiple hotels.
An alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Pradeep blends academic knowledge with hands-on leadership. His style is both guest-focused and team-oriented, fostering collaboration, discipline, and high performance. Outside of work, his passion for outdoor sports mirrors his professional values of dedication and perseverance.
