Amardeep began his career in 2001 with the Oberoi Group of Hotels, where he built a strong foundation in service excellence. His career reached new heights when he joined Marriott International in 2022 as General Manager of The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas (Rishikesh). There, he spearheaded the pre-opening strategy, drove financial growth, and enhanced guest satisfaction scores, setting new benchmarks for success.
