Beach House Hilton Head Island, the only oceanfront boutique resort on Hilton Head Island, has announced the appointment of Ben Beaudoin as General Manager. With more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Beaudoin brings a wealth of leadership expertise and a strong reputation for delivering memorable guest experiences to this beloved coastal destination.

Ben’s career journey spans some of the most distinguished resorts and hotels in the United States. He began at Destination Residences Hawaii, where he helped elevate the Condé Nast Traveler award-winning Wailea Beach Villas before moving into senior leadership positions, including Vice President and Managing Director. Most recently, as General Manager of Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic, he led the property to achieve record-breaking guest satisfaction scores and revenue growth—proof of his ability to balance operational excellence with a guest-first mindset.

Ben has also held multiple senior roles with Hilton Hotels & Resorts across vibrant markets such as New Orleans, Los Angeles, Charleston, and Washington, D.C., further refining his expertise in managing high-profile properties. His appointment at Beach House Hilton Head Island comes at a pivotal time, following the resort’s multimillion-dollar 2024 renovation. He will oversee all facets of operations, from oceanfront dining at The Porch Southern Kitchen & Bar and the iconic Tiki Hut with daily live music, to guest services and overall resort performance.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, Ben has also completed executive education at Cornell University and holds the prestigious Certified Hotel Administrator designation. His leadership philosophy centers on blending strategic vision, operational discipline, and genuine hospitality to ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations.
