Most recently, he served as General Manager at Catbird Hotel, where he led the property through a period of growth, building a solid reputation and raising service standards in Denver’s competitive hospitality scene.
Colter is no stranger to Makeready’s portfolio. As Director of Operations at Halcyon, he played a pivotal role in elevating service delivery, shaping team culture, and curating engaging programming. Known for his hands-on leadership style and mentorship approach, he has consistently nurtured high-performing teams and inspired professionals to advance within the hospitality industry.
