Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection Elevates Aziz Sharipov to Director of Sales & Marketing

A strengthened commercial vision to drive global growth for one of Dubai’s most iconic beachfront resorts

Dubai continues to shine as a world-class travel destination, and at the heart of its thriving hospitality scene, Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection has announced an exciting new milestone. The resort has promoted Aziz Sharipov to Director of Sales & Marketing, recognising his outstanding contributions and leadership over the years.

Aziz joined the property in 2021 as Director of Sales and has since played a defining role in shaping the resort’s commercial success. From boosting visibility in key leisure and corporate markets to strengthening the resort’s footprint in the competitive MICE segment, his strategic approach has been central to the resort’s impressive growth.

With 18+ years of luxury hospitality experience, Aziz brings a wealth of global expertise from prestigious brands including Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, Park Hyatt Dubai, and Hyatt Regency Dushanbe, where his journey first began. His ability to blend market intelligence with authentic guest-focused solutions has made him a standout figure in Dubai’s dynamic hotel landscape.

In his new role, Aziz will spearhead the resort’s integrated sales and marketing strategy — with a clear focus on enhancing international brand visibility, tapping into emerging global markets, and driving sustainable long-term growth for the Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection.

General Manager Khalid Saeed praised Aziz’s contribution, saying:
“Aziz’s promotion reflects his exceptional contribution to our commercial success. His strategic mindset, deep market understanding, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable driver of the resort’s continued growth.”
