Their arrival marks an exciting new chapter for the hotel, known for its world-class hospitality, refined experiences, and consistent innovation.
With an impressive 22-year global culinary journey, Chef Arun Vats brings a wealth of creativity and unmatched expertise to Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. A graduate of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur, Chef Arun began his culinary story at ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata and went on to work with iconic hospitality brands such as The Oberoi Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels, and Hard Rock International.
His vast international exposure includes working aboard renowned cruise liners like Carnival Cruise Lines (Miami) and Holland America Cruise Lines, along with celebrated roles in Oman and Seychelles. Most recently, he served as Director of Culinary for Accor Group at two popular Goan resorts — Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort and Mercure Devaaya Resort.
From Indian to French, Italian, Thai, Brazilian, and Arabic cuisines, Chef Arun’s expertise promises to bring vibrant flavours, modern techniques, and a globally inspired dining experience to the hotel’s restaurants.
Joining the leadership team alongside Chef Arun is Nileshwary Sharma, an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of financial leadership experience across hospitality and corporate environments. A graduate of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, she has contributed to reputed organizations including R.K. Jha & Associates, Sarupria Somani & Associates, Flicker Projects, and Alka Group of Hotels, managing renowned properties such as Hotel Lakend and Jaisamand Island Resort.
Before stepping into her new role at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, Nileshwary led finance operations at Ananta Hotels & Resorts, where she played a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational optimisation.
