Over the years, he has held senior leadership roles across operations, beverage management, sales, and departmental strategy with globally respected brands such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Marriott International, and The Leela Group.

His professional highlights include successfully setting up and stabilising multi-outlet F&B operations, executing high-profile banquets and events, and driving strong financial performance without losing sight of service quality.
