Prasanta’s career began where hospitality truly lives—on the operations floor. From restaurants and bars to banqueting and outdoor catering, his early years were shaped by hands-on guest interaction and real-world problem-solving. Over time, this operational grounding helped him grow into senior leadership roles spanning food & beverage operations, beverage management, sales, and strategic leadership.

His professional journey includes working with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Hyatt, Marriott, and The Leela Group. Along the way, he has successfully set up and stabilized multi-outlet F&B operations, managed large-scale banquets and high-profile events, and strengthened financial performance through disciplined yet flexible leadership.

He has been honoured with prestigious accolades such as BW Hotelier National Zone Winner – Head of F&B (2024–25) and the F&B Manager Award by IHC London and IIHM (2023).
