Known for his hands-on leadership style and operational expertise, he has consistently delivered excellence in guest satisfaction, team management, and innovative dining solutions.
Throughout his career, Rajinder has played a pivotal role in pre-opening projects, revenue optimization strategies, and the development of creative dining concepts. His ability to blend operational efficiency with guest-centric service makes him a valuable addition to the leadership team at Novotel Jodhpur.
In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s entire F&B ecosystem, including restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining services.
