Prosenjit Biswas brings with him extensive expertise in food and beverage management, restaurant operations, guest engagement, and luxury hospitality service delivery. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining operational precision across upscale hospitality environments.

Before joining Novotel Ahmedabad, Prosenjit was associated with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre, where he played a pivotal role in managing large-scale food and beverage operations within one of the region’s most dynamic hospitality ecosystems.

His journey with Accor spans nearly a decade, during which he successfully handled leadership roles including Outlets Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Team Leader across Bengaluru and Chennai properties. Through these assignments, he consistently demonstrated a strong ability to streamline operations, mentor high-performing teams, and create dining experiences that blend efficiency with intuitive hospitality.

Adding further depth to his profile, Prosenjit also served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Visakhapatnam, where he gained valuable experience in strategic planning, high-volume hospitality operations, and guest-focused dining concepts.
