Raffles Udaipur Appoints Manish Yadav as Director of Sales and Marketing

Luxury hospitality destination Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Manish Yadav as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality, Manish steps into the role with a strong background in sales strategy, revenue growth, destination marketing, and business development across global hotel brands.

The appointment marks another strategic step for Raffles Udaipur as the ultra-luxury resort continues to strengthen its leadership team and expand its presence in India’s premium hospitality landscape.

A Seasoned Hospitality Leader Joins Raffles Udaipur

In his new position, Manish Yadav will oversee the resort’s overall sales and marketing operations, with a strong focus on driving growth across corporate, MICE, weddings, and leisure travel segments. His role will also involve enhancing the resort’s brand positioning and building strategic partnerships that support long-term business success.

Over the course of his career, Manish has held senior leadership positions with globally recognised hospitality brands including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Accor, Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.

Known for his practical leadership style and result-oriented approach, he has successfully worked across both luxury and lifestyle hospitality segments in domestic and international markets.

Throughout his career, Manish Yadav has built a strong reputation for driving revenue growth across key hospitality segments, including corporate business, MICE, weddings, and associations. His expertise extends to destination marketing initiatives, tourism collaborations, direct business generation, and improving pricing and distribution strategies.

He has also demonstrated strong leadership in building high-performing teams, improving occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR, while maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

With his appointment, Raffles Udaipur aims to further strengthen its market position as one of India’s leading luxury hospitality destinations.
