With an impressive career spanning more than 12 years in the hospitality industry, Sriparna brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage operations, guest service excellence, team leadership, revenue optimization, and strategic business development. Her appointment marks a significant step in Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata’s ongoing efforts to enhance its dining offerings and strengthen guest satisfaction.

A Proven Hospitality Professional with Extensive Industry Experience

Before stepping into her new role, Sriparna served as Manager Outlets at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, where she played a key role in overseeing restaurant operations and driving service excellence. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience with some of the most respected names in the hospitality sector, including JW Marriott Kolkata and Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.

Throughout her professional journey, Sriparna has successfully managed large-scale events, restaurant operations, guest engagement initiatives, and sales-driven strategies. Her ability to balance operational efficiency with memorable guest experiences has earned her recognition across the industry.

Strong Educational Foundation and Industry Recognition

Sriparna holds a degree in Sociology from Netaji Subhash Open University and a diploma in Hospitality Travel & Customer Service Management. Her dedication and passion for hospitality have been acknowledged through several prestigious accolades, including the title of “Most Admired Service Personnel of the Year.”

She has also played an instrumental role in pre-opening hotel operations, employee development programs, and service excellence initiatives, contributing significantly to the success of the properties she has been associated with.

In her new position, Sriparna will focus on strengthening Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata’s food and beverage strategy through a combination of operational efficiency and guest-centric innovation.

Her key responsibilities will include improving inventory management practices, implementing effective cost-control measures, and fostering stronger collaboration between culinary and service teams. Additionally, she will work towards creating a positive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being while ensuring consistent service standards.
