2. What is the most memorable guest experience or success story that perfectly represents your brand values?

Rahul Bhagat: Every guest experience at Hilton Jaipur is unique and memorable, as we believe that every guest is special and deserves genuine care. One story that truly reflects our brand values comes from our participation in Hilton’s global World’s Iconic Host initiative, where a remarkable act of hospitality by our Security Head, Mr. Mahendra Douchania, was featured globally.

A guest from Dubai realized after returning home that she had lost her AirPods during her stay in Jaipur. Upon contacting the hotel, Mr. Mahendra immediately took ownership of the situation. He meticulously reviewed CCTV footage, identified the cab she had traveled in, connected with the driver, and went above and beyond to recover the lost item. The AirPods were safely returned to the guest, who was deeply touched by the effort and expressed her gratitude through heartfelt emails.

For us, this story is more than just recovering a lost belonging, it reflects our commitment to treating every guest like family. At Hilton Jaipur, our hospitality extends beyond check-out, creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
