Mr. Mithun Payankool joins The LaLiT Resort & Spa Bekal after serving as the Director of Catering Sales at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, where he played a key role in driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Throughout his impressive career, he has worked with some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Marriott Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, ITC Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu, and The LaLiT Hotels. His diverse experience across luxury hotel operations and leadership positions has equipped him with deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of evolving guest expectations.
Academically, Mr. Payankool holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management along with an MBA in International Business & Marketing from Dublin Business School, Ireland, adding a strong business perspective to his operational expertise.
