Before joining JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, Pallavi served as Director of Sales at Naukuchia House – IHCL SeleQtions, where she was involved in developing sales strategies, revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying new market opportunities.

Her career has also included senior roles with Leisure Hotels Group, Summit Hotels & Resorts, and Clarks Inn Group. This experience has given her a broad understanding of India’s hospitality market and the changing expectations of both leisure and business travellers.
