Extensive Hospitality Experience
Praveen holds a Ph.D. in Tourism from Himachal Pradesh University and a Certification in General Management from IIM Lucknow. Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad, he spent a significant part of his professional career with Marriott International, where he held a variety of leadership and pre-opening positions across multiple properties.
Over the years, his experience has covered hotel operations, sales, business development, strategic planning, and business growth. His collaborative approach to leadership has also helped him build strong relationships with guests, associates, owners, and business partners.

In his new role as Hotel Manager, Praveen will oversee the hotel’s strategic and operational priorities. His focus will include enhancing guest experiences, strengthening the hotel’s presence in the local market, nurturing a people-first workplace culture, and supporting long-term business growth.
