Ochre Spirits Launches Ochre Club Cocktail Mixers in India

Goa-based craft beverage company Ochre Spirits has expanded its portfolio beyond premium spirits with the launch of Ochre Club, a new range of bar-quality cocktail mixers designed for easy at-home entertaining. The move marks the company’s entry into India’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) market and strengthens its ambition to become a full-stack craft beverage house.

With India’s cocktail culture gaining momentum, Ochre Spirits is tapping into a growing consumer appetite for convenient, premium drinking experiences at home. Through Ochre Club, the company aims to bring the quality and balance of professional cocktails to consumers across the country.

Ochre Club Brings Classic Cocktails Home

Ochre Club launches with five popular cocktail mixer flavours: Whiskey Sour, Picante, Mojito, Margarita, and LIIT. Developed and tested with Ochre Spirits’ community of professional mixologists, the range focuses on balanced flavours while keeping cocktail preparation simple for consumers.

The mixers are available in 200ml glass bottles as well as travel-friendly pouches. Each bottle can be used to prepare four cocktails and is priced at an MRP of Rs 347.

Consumers can purchase the Ochre Club range through the brand’s official website, leading e-commerce platforms, and Ochre Spirits’ existing offline distribution network.

India’s Cocktail Mixer Market Continues to Grow

The launch comes as India’s cocktail mixer market experiences strong growth. Industry estimates indicate that the market was valued at USD 621.21 million in 2025 and could reach USD 1,183.72 million by 2034, representing a CAGR of 7.41% between 2026 and 2034.

The expansion of home bars, social gatherings and at-home entertaining is helping reshape India’s drinking culture. Consumers are increasingly looking for convenient products that allow them to recreate the cocktail experience of their favourite bars and restaurants without needing professional bartending skills.

For brands such as Ochre Spirits, this shift presents an opportunity to combine premium ingredients and mixology expertise with formats designed for everyday consumption.

Ochre Spirits Expands Into D2C and Quick Commerce

Ochre Club’s growth strategy will be driven by two key channels: Ochre Spirits’ established retail network and a new D2C and quick-commerce push.

The company plans to expand Ochre Club’s presence to 300 towns and more than 3,000 retail, modern trade and off-trade outlets by FY28. Digital and quick-commerce channels are expected to contribute more than one-third of the brand’s overall revenue.

Ochre Spirits also expects its mixers and adjacent beverage portfolio to contribute more than Rs 37 crore to the business, adding another growth engine alongside its existing spirits division.

Building a Full-Stack Craft Beverage House

The launch of Ochre Club represents a broader evolution for Ochre Spirits. While the company began with a focus on craft spirits, its expanding portfolio now includes premium gins, rums and vodkas, with agave spirits and whisky in the pipeline.

The company is also developing a range of functional beverages, reflecting its ambition to build a diversified craft beverage portfolio that extends across multiple drinking occasions.

According to Ochre Spirits, the Indian market remains fragmented despite increasing interest from large international beverage companies and investments in local brands. The company sees an opportunity to establish a national craft beverage brand capable of delivering bar-quality products at scale.

Ochre Spirits Looks to Capture India’s Changing Drinking Culture

Commenting on the launch, John Royerr, Founder of Ochre Spirits, said the company chose classic cocktails for Ochre Club because they represent drinks consumers already know and enjoy.

He added that the launch represents more than a new product category, describing Ochre’s broader ambition as creating a craft beverage house capable of offering consumers a complete range of drinks while bringing that experience directly to their doorstep.

The D2C launch gives Ochre Spirits a new way to connect directly with consumers while complementing its existing retail presence. As India’s home-entertaining culture continues to evolve, the company will be looking to use this combination of physical distribution, e-commerce and quick commerce to build Ochre Club into a nationally recognised cocktail mixer brand.
