With Over 25 years of experience , worked in Various Brands like , Taj , Holiday Inn, Hilton, Accor, Orchid and RHG.
As General Manager of MAYFAIR Oasis Resort & Convention, Jharsuguda, I believe that a hotel’s success is built on the strength, commitment, and growth of its people. My leadership approach focuses on empowering colleagues, fostering collaboration across departments, and creating an environment where every team member has the opportunity to learn, perform, and progress.
I encourage a culture of continuous learning through on-the-job training, cross-functional exposure, regular performance reviews, and departmental coordination meetings. By involving team members in operational planning, guest engagement, and problem-solving, I help them develop ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
