Nomination (Opens 18 September 2026 To Till 10th Oct 2026):

Peers, colleagues, and industry professionals are invited to nominate outstanding general managers who’ve made remarkable contributions to their organizations and communities.

Voting (15 October – 10 November 2026):

Once nominations close, the spotlight turns to the community. Industry experts, stakeholders, and peers will cast their votes to recognize those who truly exemplify leadership excellence.

The Challenge | Post-Voting Evaluation

But the journey doesn’t end with voting.

Following the voting stage, each shortlisted General Manager will be given a special initiative to execute and present. This initiative will provide an opportunity for the finalists to demonstrate their leadership approach, creativity, strategic thinking, execution skills and ability to create meaningful impact.

The performances will then be reviewed by our esteemed jury, who will evaluate the initiatives based on defined criteria and the overall impact demonstrated by each finalist.
