Atlanta, Georgia, USA | September 2026
Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead has appointed Mohamed Eldardiry as its new General Manager, bringing more than 25 years of hospitality experience to the Atlanta property. With a career spanning hotel operations, sales, commercial strategy and multi-property leadership, Eldardiry brings extensive experience from across the Hilton portfolio and international hospitality markets.
His appointment marks another milestone in a career that has developed across multiple hotel brands, departments and destinations. In his new role, Eldardiry will oversee the overall operations of Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, with responsibilities covering guest experience, team leadership, sales and marketing, hotel performance and broader commercial strategy.
A Longstanding Career with Hilton
Eldardiry’s professional journey with Hilton began in 1999, when he joined the company as a Sales Coordinator. Over the following two decades, he steadily moved into positions of increasing responsibility, gaining experience across both commercial and operational areas of hotel management.
His career progression has given him an understanding of the many moving parts involved in running a successful hotel. From front office operations and rooms management to sales, leadership and general management, Eldardiry has developed a broad perspective on hotel performance and guest service.
Before joining Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, he served as Complex General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air and Homewood Suites by Hilton Bel Air. In that position, he was responsible for overseeing operations across two properties while managing teams and supporting the hotels’ overall commercial performance.
Extensive Experience Across Hotel Operations
Throughout his Hilton career, Eldardiry has held a variety of leadership positions. His previous roles include Director of Rooms Division at DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC Silver Spring, as well as front office management positions at Hilton Newark Airport and Washington Hilton.
These roles allowed him to develop expertise in areas that are central to the day-to-day hotel experience, including rooms operations, front office management, service delivery and team development.
Eldardiry has also been involved in hotel openings and property transitions. Before his most recent assignment, he played a leadership role in the pre-opening of a hotel near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. He later became General Manager of Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie, adding further general management experience to his professional background.
International Hospitality Experience
While much of Eldardiry’s career has been built within the United States, his hospitality experience also extends internationally.
Earlier in his career, he worked with the former Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort in Egypt and Ramses Hilton in Cairo. These international assignments provided him with valuable exposure to different hospitality environments and guest expectations.
Working across different markets has also given Eldardiry a broader understanding of cultural differences and the importance of creating personalised experiences for travellers from around the world.
A Leadership Approach Focused on Guests and Teams
In his new position at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, Eldardiry will focus on maintaining strong operational standards while creating an environment where hotel colleagues feel engaged, supported and empowered.
His career progression from a sales-focused entry-level position to senior general management roles reflects his experience across multiple areas of hospitality. This broad background allows him to understand how different departments work together to influence everything from operational efficiency to the guest experience.
For Eldardiry, effective hotel leadership is closely linked to creating memorable experiences for guests. By bringing together strong teams, consistent service and sound operational management, he aims to support the hotel’s continued performance in Atlanta’s competitive hospitality market.
Education and Life Beyond Hospitality
Eldardiry is a graduate of Cairo University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science.
Away from the hotel environment, he enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors. His interests include walking through wooded trails and relaxing at the beach, activities that reflect his appreciation for exploring new destinations and spending time in nature.
His move to Atlanta also provides an opportunity to discover more of the city. Eldardiry looks forward to exploring Atlanta’s parks and greenways while experiencing the destination from a local perspective.
Leading Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead
In his new role, Eldardiry will lead a property designed to accommodate both business and leisure travellers visiting one of Atlanta’s prominent districts.
Embassy Suites by Hilton is recognised for its spacious two-room suites and guest-focused amenities, offering travellers additional space and comfort during their stay. For a property serving both corporate and leisure demand, effective leadership across operations, service and commercial performance remains an important part of maintaining a strong guest experience.
With more than two decades of experience within Hilton and professional experience across the United States and Egypt, Eldardiry brings a diverse hospitality background to his new position.
As he begins his tenure at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, his experience in hotel operations, commercial leadership, property openings and international hospitality will support his efforts to strengthen the hotel’s team culture, operational performance and overall guest experience.
