A Global Career in Luxury Hospitality
Berman joins Inn at Perry Cabin from Eleven Deplar Farm in Iceland, where he led the exclusive adventure lodge. Before that, he served as Vice President of Hospitality at Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah and Chief Executive Officer of Ropeswing Hospitality Group in Bentonville, Arkansas.
His international career has also included senior leadership roles with Samujana in Thailand, Six Senses in the Maldives, Frégate Island Private in Seychelles and Rosewood properties across the Caribbean.
Over the years, Berman has developed extensive experience managing teams and complex hospitality operations in very different environments. His leadership experience includes working with teams representing more than 25 nationalities, from a small remote lodge in Iceland to a seasonal mountain resort employing more than 850 people.
A Leadership Style Focused on Guest Experience
In his new role at Inn at Perry Cabin, Berman will oversee the resort’s day-to-day operations while helping shape its long-term strategy, guest experience and service standards.
His leadership approach combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on talent development, workplace culture and collaboration. Beyond hotel operations, Berman has experience in strategic planning, capital projects and business development, including working with property owners on major hospitality initiatives.
This broad background positions him to support both the resort’s operational performance and its continued growth within the luxury hospitality sector.
