A Career Built Across Sales, Marketing and Operations
Deep Vahi began his hospitality career with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, before joining JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu in 2008, where he established his foundation in hotel sales.
His career with Marriott International has since taken him through a range of commercial and operational leadership roles. He has worked with the National Sales Organization, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, gaining experience across sales, marketing and hotel operations.
In 2021, Deep returned to JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu as Director of Sales & Marketing. Three years later, he moved into hotel operations, taking on the role of Hotel Manager. His progression reflects a career shaped by both commercial expertise and hands-on operational leadership.

In his new role as Multi-Property General Manager, Deep will oversee both Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.
His focus will be on building on the strong foundations of both hotels while identifying new avenues for growth. He will also work towards creating a workplace culture where business performance, associate development and guest experience remain closely connected.
