Sheric Dorairaj’s Experience in Luxury Hospitality
Before joining The Leela Palace Bengaluru, Sheric Dorairaj served as Director of Spa at The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru, where she led spa operations and introduced new wellness experiences. She was also appointed to lead the APAC Luxury Spa Advisory Council for South Asia with Marriott International, highlighting her involvement in the region’s luxury spa and wellness sector.
Earlier in her career, Sheric held several key spa leadership positions with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), including Spa Manager roles at The Taj West End Bengaluru, Taj MG Road Bengaluru and Taj’s Selections – Blue Diamond, Pune.
Her experience across these established hospitality brands has helped her develop a broad understanding of luxury spa management, wellness services and the importance of creating memorable, personalised experiences for guests.
