Mumbai, February 8, 2024 – Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the leading hospitality giant in India, has once again set its sights on expansion with the signing of a new Ginger hotel at Manohar International Airport (MOPA) in Goa. The landmark 60-year sub-license agreement was officially sealed between GMR Goa International Airport Limited (GGIAL) and Roots Corporation Limited (RCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of IHCL. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both parties, promising to deliver unparalleled experiences to travellers passing through Goa’s vibrant airport.

The forthcoming 300-key hotel, sprawled across two acres, is poised to become a cornerstone of the Manohar International Airport’s aero-city development. Boasting a diverse array of amenities including the signature all-day diner Qmin and a state-of-the-art fitness center, the hotel aims to cater to the discerning needs of both business and leisure travellers alike. Scheduled for inauguration in 2027, this project underscores IHCL’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
