Beyond his responsibilities at The St. Regis, Dr. Nair serves as the Spa Council Lead for Marriott Spas in South Asia, furthering his influence and contributions to the wellness industry on a regional scale. Additionally, he co-founded spalette in 2020, a consultancy firm specializing in bespoke solutions for spa, salon, wellness, and hospitality businesses. Through spalette, he has played an instrumental role in conceptualizing and operationalizing exceptional wellness experiences for various brands.
Dr. Nair’s leadership credentials were significantly shaped during his tenure at Sanghvi Brands Limited, where he spearheaded operations for renowned international lifestyle wellness brands such as Spa L’Occitane, Warren Tricomi Salons, and ELLE Spa & Salons. His strategic initiatives and operational expertise helped expand the wellness market across South Asia.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Nair honed his skills by managing spa operations at some of the world’s most prestigious properties, including JW Marriott, The Leela Kovalam, and Doryssa Seaside Resorts in Greece.
