The Jaipur Marriott Hotel has appointed Gorav Arora as general manager.Gorav has over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Revenue & F&B. He offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the hotel.
As a graduate of IHM Jaipur, he has acquired knowledge of the hospitality industry and demonstrated a commitment to delivering extraordinary client experiences.
His career began at Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he worked in F&B Operations before transitioning to The Oberoi New Delhi’s Sales Marketing department.
His most recent position was as general manager at the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, where he spent over four years, including the pandemic years. During his tenure at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Gorav was instrumental in renovating the hotel’s accommodations and suites.
Gorav has had the good fortune to work twice for each of the three main hotel chains throughout his career: Hyatt, The Oberoi Group, and Accor. His extensive background and track record of success make him the ideal candidate for the position of general manager at the Jaipur Marriott.
In his new position, he will be responsible for all hotel operations, visitor services, team management, and stakeholder management.
